Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via Postnord, Fedex Economy or UPS Economy. Expected delivery time is about 4-7 working days after your order has been placed.
Please note that the expected delivery time is only given as guideline. We are not responsible for any delays of the eventual delivery date.
Shipping fees will be included during check-out.
Worldwide free shipping over 1500kr (Euro 150).
All orders are shipped during the week from Monday to Friday. Orders purchased on the weekend and Swedish public holiday will be processed on the following working day.
When selecting "pick up" as delivery method, all orders can be picked up at Restaurang HONGKIST (Linnégatan 13, 114 47 Stockholm, Sweden) between 14:00-21:00 (Monday- Friday)/ 16:00-21:00 (Sunday) without shipping fees. You will receive an email notification when your order is available for pick up. Please bring a valid ID, copy of the receipt or provide the order number for validation. All orders have to be collected within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you fail to collect your order, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be taken off from your refund. Please contact the staff at the store if you have any inquiries regarding the order.
Exchanges & returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days from the date of order delivery. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve another color/size as soon as possible.
Please note that we only accept exchange for size/color. If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, you are suggested to return for store credit and purchase the a new one separately.
Your product must be returned in the original packaging, including any box, hanger, garment bag, and other signature packaging material, with all I SHOP U and other identification tags attached. Other designer packaging such as belt, dust bag, authenticity card, and leather tag should all be included as delivered. For skincare products,It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. If you change your mind, would like to return the product, make sure it has not been opened. We do not accept any unboxed item.
Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and hanging tag. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable. If the product is faulty, I SHOP U will be reponsible to refund all shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of a new item is free. For exhange or refund of sale items, please contact us by email within 3 working days from the arrival date. Any sale item requests received over 3 working days, will not be accepted.
Returning your purchase
- E-mail us, and print the return confirm e-mail, send it with the return item.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
When order is received, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level is incorrect at the time of order received. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms of the order confirmation, we will contact and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order. Due to the fact that there may be differences in the computer color settings, the colors of the product shown on the I SHOP U webstore can be differerent from their actual colors. I SHOP U cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy
Order Confirmation is sent out automatically when an order is placed, and is regarded as confirmation that an order has been processed. Please contact us immediately for any item of exchange. We are not responsible for any exchange of item that is out of stock.
